Family Yoga for 2-4 year olds - accompanied by one parent (UDSOLGT)
You will get the opportunity to find your inner child and feel your body and its needs. Your child will learn through senses and be stimulated in their basic motivity. It’s a really fun and relaxed yoga session where both you and your child will be inspired, stimulated and relaxed at the same time. The session is based on a story or a narrativ which makes the yoga sessions interesting for children and at the end of each session we will do mindfulness together.
